We are always looking for talented people to join our growing team. If you’d like to work with a daily-changing food menu, whole animal butchery, seasonal produce from producers around the country and our partner farm Cinderwood Market Garden, please send us an email with your CV and a cover note.

Stagaires
We welcome individuals to spend time in the kitchen at Higher Ground and firmly believe that this encourages a positive exchange of information, learning and skills. It’s a great way to gain experience in different environments and kitchens as well as learning more about what we do.

For stagaires, we ask that individuals spend a minimum of a week with us as a Team.
